Add a contact

Contacts are the people and organizations your gallery works with: collectors, museums, advisors, press, framers. A contact can be a person or an organization, and people can be linked to the organization they belong to.

Create a contact

1. Go to Contacts in the sidebar.
2. Click Add Contact.
3. Choose Person or Organization — the form adapts to your choice.
4. Fill in name and contact details, then click Create.

Roles

Give a contact one or more roles — Collector, Institution, Advisor, and so on — to describe your relationship. Roles power filters and help you segment mailings later.
