Invite a team member

Everyone in your gallery works in the same Art Panel workspace. You control what each person can do with roles.

Send an invite#

1. Go to Settings → Members.
2. Click Invite member.
3. Enter their email and choose a role.
4. Send. They’ll receive an email with a personal welcome link.

Roles#

Role	What they can do
Owner	Everything, including billing and transferring ownership. One per gallery.
Admin	Manage members, settings, and branding; edit all data.
Editor	Edit all gallery data — artworks, deals, exhibitions — but not settings or people.
Viewer	Read everything, comment, and download documents. Can’t change data.

Roles are enforced by the system itself, not just hidden buttons — a Viewer can’t modify data even by accident.

Remove someone#

Admins and the Owner can remove members from the same panel. The Owner can never be removed by anyone else.
