- Open the artwork (or selection of works) you want to present.
- Choose Generate PDF and pick a template.
- Adjust what’s included — prices, dimensions, texts.
- Download or share.
Documents use your gallery’s branding from Settings. Change the logo once and every future PDF picks it up.
