Welcome to Art Panel

Art Panel is the operating system for your gallery: artworks, artists, contacts, exhibitions, viewing rooms, deals, invoices, and documents — all in one place, shared by your whole team.

How the app is organized

The sidebar on the left is your map. Every section is a part of your gallery’s work:

• Artworks — your inventory: every piece, its images, details, price, status, and location.
• Artists — the artists you represent, with their bios, artworks, and sales.
• Contacts — collectors, institutions, and everyone else your gallery talks to.
• Exhibitions — plan and run your shows.
• Viewing Rooms — curated online presentations you share with clients.
• Deals & Invoices — your sales pipeline, from first interest to payment.

Your first ten minutes

1. Set your gallery’s name, logo, and branding in Settings.
2. Add your first artist.
3. Add an artwork and give it images, dimensions, and a price.
4. Invite a teammate from Settings → Members.

Every guide in this help center covers one task, start to finish. If you can’t find something, use search (⌘K) — or ask us directly.
